Lori Moore is a self taught artist since 2006.
Originally from Southern California, Lori and her husband, Graff, relocated to Sandpoint in 1984. She joined The Fiber Arts Guild and that literally changed her life. With Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Basket Making and all things related to Fiber Art, Lori continued Selling Real Estate until Dec. 2003. Then, summer of 2004, she opened Moosemamas Art Retreats for Women. That was a magical time for her, featuring Artists of the Northwest. It was during this time that Lori decided she wanted to paint, and after watching a PBS Art Show, she was hooked. She is a self taught painter. In 2006, Lori decided that Painting was her Passion. She has an extensive body of work that she has exhibited locally at POAC Art Shows, ancillary galleries, and ArtWalk venues. Her work appears in numerous private collections in both the United States and abroad. She now teaches Watercolor in the U.S. and Mexico.
LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH AND KEEP PAINTING TILL THE COWS COME HOME!!!!
