Creating a Collage Mirror

In this class students will create a collage on an IKEA 10x10 mirror. Using a variety of vintage, unique, and unlikely materials students will create one of a kind wall art. Students will learn composition techniques to assemble eye-catching unique, frame worthy art pieces.

About molly gentry

Molly has been a creator of art her whole life starting with realistic graphite and charcoal portraits. She has been a teacher of art and literature which brings a deeper meaning to her artwork.  She finds inspiration in song lyrics, poetry, and literature. All of her artwork uses vintage, recycled, and cast-off materials.

January 30 and 31, 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

Supply fee

All materials will be provided for a $10.00 supply, due to the instructor at the first class session. (Please bring cash.)

In addition to the provided materials, students are encouraged to bring in their own memorabilia to use in their art such as photos or small 3 dimensional items.
