Paper Collage
In this course, students will make a variety of hand-painted translucent papers and layer the papers to make a composition. They will then incorporate textural elements, mark-making and botanical images to create depth, value, luminosity, and variation of colors. By the end of the class, they will have produced a strong and provocative work of art.
